Main Hall
Prior to the evening concerts in the Main Hall, Norwegian musicologist and renowned Mahler expert Morten Solvik will give an introduction to the evening's program. Morten Solvik is known for his many essays dedicated to Mahler, the monthly live stream The Mahler Hour and his involvement with the international Mahler Foundation. After an introduction by Morten Solvik, you may be listening with very different ears to Mahler’s notes you thought you knew so well!
You do not need a separate ticket for this Mahler Talk. The Talk starts at 7 pm, so please make sure to enter the hall on time. The Talks are in English.
